  • fitblrs: Here is my dinner its a vegetable frittata with cashew butter, dragon fruit, sweet potato "fries" I made from scratch with a pinch of oregano and a green smoothie made with kale, spinach and 100+ other green vegetables.
  • Me: Should I make my oatmeal with milk or with water.

heres some advice

  1. eat a lot of fruit all the time especially blueberries and also dark green vegetables
  2. don’t do anything sexy with anyone you don’t want to do it with a good test for this if licking any part of their body doesn’t seem in anyway sexy to you its a no go
  3. if eyes are the windows to the soul eyebrows are the curtains!!!!!!! take from this what u will
  4. dont talk about money at parties its unbecoming and stop worrying about your hair it’s fine

No, I’m sorry, that extra slice of pie cannot ruin everything I’ve worked so hard for. I’ve been working hard for 10 months now - one extra slice of pie? not gonna “ruin” me. An extra slice of pie every day? Yeah, that’ll probably set me back.
But you know what sets me back even further? The “all-or-nothing” mentality that says unless I’m perfect 100% of the time, I can’t have the things I want.
So I’ll take nachos AND confidence, thanks. You can have both. You can have freedom of choices and a happy, healthy body. Be smart. Use common sense. Practice moderation. Exercise. Rely mostly on foods that will make you stronger and fuel you well. But don’t believe the lie that “that extra slice of pie” has more control over your body (and happiness) than you do.
